Fortnite Star Cody “Clix” Conrod Launches the Dr3amin Access Fund for Aurora Gamers
Aurora’s competitive gaming community just got a serious power‑up. Cody Conrod—better known to the Fortnite world as Clix, one of the game’s most‑watched professional players—has announced the Dr3amin Access Fund, a new initiative run through his holding company, Full Box Inc. The fund’s mission is simple but bold: supply high‑end gaming gear to aspiring esports athletes who have the talent but lack the resources.
Why does this matter to Aurora? Our city is quickly becoming a hotspot for esports, with venues like The Aurora Gaming Lounge, GameHub, and the North Metro Esports Arena drawing crowds of 25‑ to 55‑year‑old gamers who stream, compete, and coach. Yet many local players still juggle day jobs while trying to afford the latest monitors, graphics cards, and custom‑built PCs that top‑tier competitors rely on.
The Dr3amin Access Fund aims to close that gap. By partnering with local schools, community centers, and Aurora’s own esports clubs, Full Box Inc. will award grants and equipment packages to qualified players. Recipients will receive everything from 4K gaming monitors and high‑refresh‑rate mice to ergonomic chairs—essential tools for anyone looking to climb the Fortnite leaderboards or break into professional play.
For Aurora residents, this isn’t just a donation; it’s an invitation to join a growing network of serious gamers. If you’re a Fortnite enthusiast, a streamer, or a coach looking to elevate your team, keep an eye on the Dr3amin Access Fund announcements on social media and at local gaming events. This is your chance to turn a dream into a high‑performance reality—right here in Aurora.
