AURORA — Stanley Marketplace, the former aviation factory turned dining-and-retail hub at 2501 Dallas St., is in the process of moving to new ownership.
The two-story complex houses more than 50 locally owned businesses, including Annette — where chef Caroline Glover won a James Beard Award — Traveling Mercies, Molino Chido, Rosenberg's Bagels, Rolling Smoke BBQ, Sweet Cow Ice Cream, Maria Empanada, Boychik and Chi Lin Asian Eatery.
Since opening in 2016, Stanley has become the retail heart of northwest Aurora, blending restaurants, boutiques, fitness studios and event space under one roof. Marketplace tenants say operations continue as normal while the sale proceeds.
AuroraToday will follow the ownership transition and what it means for tenants, events and the surrounding Stanley neighborhood. Browse our full Stanley Marketplace restaurant directory in the Food Atlas.
